Products
All artwork and designs are painted and designed by me. Some are printed and created in-house, and others are printed by outsourced print manufacturers, either in the U.S. or China.
Fun Kits include paint dot cards and a brush but do not have step-by-step instructions. Watercolor Books do not include paint or a brush, but you can add a full paint + brush set as a bundle option when purchasing. Both include pre-outlined watercolor pages (drawn by me) and access to my online painting videos for guidance.

Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please see each product page for a more detailed description of packaging.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If it’s not quite what you expected, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange.
- Returns: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Eligibility: To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital downloads
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to start a return:
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or offer a refund.
If you received an item as a gift and it’s not quite right, let us know within 14 days of receiving it. Gifts may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value or refunded as store credit.
If your order was marked as delivered by the carrier but hasn’t arrived, or if it was lost in transit, here’s what we can do:
- Wait 2-3 days: Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered prematurely.
- Check around: Look around your property, with neighbors, or at your local delivery spot.
- Still missing? Contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
- Lost or Stolen: While we’re unable to issue refunds for orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we can help you file a claim or offer a discount for a replacement order.
- Lost in Transit (not delivered): If your package is stuck in transit for 7+ days with no updates, I’ll issue a replacement or a refund.

Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding all US holidays) from California unless marked otherwise. Please note that this may vary slightly during busy seasons, such as holidays. If you need an order urgently, feel free to reach out, and I’ll do my best to help!
At checkout, you’ll have the option to choose from the following shipping methods:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
- UPS Ground: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days
Note: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, package weight, and destination.
Enjoy free domestic shipping on orders $65+! (U.S. only). Free shipping will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage unless upgraded at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of US at this time.
I do my best to ensure every package arrives safe and sound, but if your order goes missing:
- Marked as Delivered: If the carrier marked your package as delivered, but it’s nowhere to be found, please wait 2-3 days (carriers sometimes mark it early). Check with neighbors, your delivery spot, or your local post office.
- Still Missing? Contact me within 14 days of the marked delivery date, and I’ll do my best to help you file a claim or offer a discount on a replacement order.
Lost in Transit: If your order is stuck in transit for 7+ days with no updates, I’ll work with you to issue a refund or send a replacement.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize there’s a mistake, email me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I cannot refund or reship packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
